This tutu child angel costume will bring out her inner light! This all white costume includes a top with faux fur trimmed sleeve cuffs. It is made of a stretchable polyester and spandex blend and easily pulls on over the head. The tutu skirt has an elastic waist and features several layers of sheer white mesh with ruffles at the hem for lots of bounce.
