The clever ventriloquist costume is an elaborate and funny adult costume for Halloween. It includes a foam head and body form that is held secure with stabilizing tubes that you assemble. There are adjustable shoulder harnesses to hold the form in place. The black cape has an attached shirt front with a red bow tie and is fastened in place with Velcro, as is the full mask for the ventriloquist. The cape is approximately 50" long. There is an opening in the shirt front for your face and the puppet body is secured around your neck with ties.
