The deluxe Betty Rubble costume's blue dress has a keyhole detail on the neckline and the black collar closes with Velcro on the back of the neck. The black vinyl belt with bones attached to it ties together in the back. To top it off, a black wig with a blue bow completes this one of a kind costume with Betty's signature hairstyle.
