The Dorothy dog dress is made of 100% polyester and has Dorothy’s signature baby blue and white gingham-like skirt with white satin undershirt. The dress stays on your pet with an adjustable Velcro strap that attaches in the back. Plush arms are joined to the outfit and a small fabric basket is sewn to one of the hands. Completing the costume is a brown braided headpiece with royal blue satin bows.
