This two-piece costume includes a dress and headband. The dress slips on over the head and velcros in the back for closure. The short, white sleeves are puffy just like Minnie's. The soft torso is black with red sequins down the middle. A silver Minnie pendent sits at the top of the dress underneath the white collar. A white sash with a bow crosses over the waist in the front. The skirt is red with white polka dots and has a layer of tulle underneath.
