In this girl's clown costume, your toddler will want to run away with the circus this Halloween season! The adorable costume includes a yellow, foam hat that is attached to a blue headband for easy wear. The hat has an attached purple flower in the front. The matching white dress is made from polyester and velcros in the back for closure. The dress is decorated with blue, green and yellow polka dots with red ruffles lining the sleeves, collar, pockets and bottom. The pockets are made from foam and sewn on to the hips.
