He'll waddle into your heart with this lil penguin costume! The infant costume consists of a penguin hood that has a plush beak on top and snaps behind the neck to secure it in place. A plush top hat velcros onto the hood and accents the black and white jumpsuit made from polyester. It zips and snaps in the back for closure as well as snaps on the inside of the legs for easy access. The sleeves flare out to resemble wings and a red bow tie is attached at the top.
