Our toddler penguin costume is an excellent choice for Halloween! It consists of a poly-foam tunic with attached hood and foam penguin feet boot covers. The foam tunic has soft lightweight black material in the back and the wing arms have openings for your hands in the back. There is an attached red bow on the neck of the suit and the hood has large blue eyes and a yellow beak. The yellow foam boot covers are elastic around the ankles and have a black strap on the bottom. Also available in child, teen and adult sizes!
