It zips up in the front and stretches to fit various body types. It features a swooping "V" neckline and the chest has a pocket with the number 69 on it. The bottom of the dress is trimmed with a black skirt. The costume also includes a pair of white stockings with black stripes and a metal whistle that can be hung around the neck with a white ribbon.
