This officially licensed Disney costume features a black dress made of velvet-like polyester with tentacle-like panels at the bottom of the dress. Under the tentacles is a layer of purple mesh, and purple mesh makes up the shoulder straps along with elastic. The back of the dress closes with a strip of Velcro. The accompanying petticoat is blue in color and features a metallic purple layer under a ruffled layer of purple mesh. Elastic is in the waist line and Velcro keeps the petticoat clasped.
