Whether it's Halloween or the 4th of July, show off your patriotic side with this Statue of Liberty costume! The women's costume consists of a light blue dress and a light green headpiece (please note the colors vary slightly from the picture). The headpiece is secured in place with a black elastic strap that goes under the chin. It is made from durable foam and features black accents. The polyester dress velcros at the back of the neck for closure and has elastic sewn into the sleeves giving them a bunched look. A sash drapes across the torso and hangs freely at the hip.
