The officially licensed black spandex toddler costume includes a shirt, pants, boot covers, and arm circles. The shirt's velcro-closure collar and cuffs have silver-edged lightning bolt shaped cut-outs and sewn-on lightning bolts and the elastic-waist pants also feature sewn-on lightning bolts. Double-stitched seams make this a sturdy, kid-friendly costume. The foam-padded silver arm circles snap on and off the costume for easy cleaning, and the boot covers have black vinyl circles sewn on them and a stiff silver cuff for an authentic KISS look.
